What you are buying
Pikasivut builds and manages your Google Ads campaigns for a fixed monthly fee. The service is ongoing and has no separate setup fee.
Timeline
We aim to have the Google Ads campaign running, or your account cleaned up, within a few business days of getting access to your account.
Costs not included
The ad budget is not included in the monthly fee. Google charges it directly to your own Google Ads account or payment card, not through our invoicing. Work outside the scope of the package is agreed and priced case by case, and you approve the price before work starts.
Pricing and billing
- For customers outside Finland, the monthly management fee is $450, $750 or $1,150 depending on the package, or a separately agreed price for accounts with ten or more campaigns (see the pricing page). For customers in Finland the fee is €320, €490 or €750, or a separately agreed price, plus Finnish VAT at the rate in force (currently 25.5%).
- The monthly minimum ad budget is $1,500 outside Finland and €500 in Finland.
- Prices exclude any taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, that apply under the law of your country. Where tax applies to the sale, it is added to the invoice.
- Payment terms are 14 days net. Late payment interest is charged as provided by law.
- We may adjust prices by giving at least one month's written notice. If you don't accept the new price, you may terminate the agreement before the change takes effect.
Term and termination
The agreement runs until further notice and starts when we get access to your Google Ads account. The notice period is one month, and notice is given in writing. If a payment is more than 30 days overdue, we may suspend the service and terminate the agreement immediately.
Ownership
Your Google Ads account and all the data in it remain yours at all times, including after the agreement ends. You keep the ownership of the materials you provide, such as logos, images and text.
Customer responsibilities
You provide the access and materials needed and are responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to use them. You notify us of changes to your contact details without delay.
No guarantee of results
We work to improve your advertising results, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or cost per lead, because results depend on factors such as competition, your offer and your website.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by third parties, including Google. Our liability is limited to an amount equal to three months of monthly fees.
Governing law
The agreement is governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation.
